9/07:
5/05: A few days ago my first single 'Made Up My Mind' was sent to radio stations across Germany. Very exciting! I'm really happy to announce that 3 major stations immediately added the song to their playlist. So SWR3, WDR2 and MDR Jump have all been playing the single since day one! In the airplay charts the single entered at position 273, climbed to 164 last week and now has hit the 150th spot. Yay!
16/03: Today is March 16th and the big moment of the German release is approaching fast. I'm still taking German classes. It's very intensive and takes a lot of effort, but I want to be able to talk to the people in Germany, Switserland and Austria in their own language soon!

Die laaste twee drie weke van my lewe was vol verrassings! 'n Week voor my verjaarsdag op die 28ste Februarie het ek die nuus ontvang dat ek die World Peace song Festival toekenning ontvang het vir my liedjie "This time I know it's for real". Dis 'n fantastiese voorreg en eer! Dit is die tweede toekenning wat ek ontvang in 14 jaar en hierdie erkenning was onverwags.
Â
Thank you to all the judges from different countries all around the world, this is truly a highlight for me as a performer and as an artist! Thank you to the songwriter, my manager, record company and Roy who initiated my entry into this competition!

I wish you all a great week and when you get the chance please subscribe to my newsletter below! As of this month I will send you all regular updates of what's going on in my life and my career.
11/03: In the course of the next few weeks I'll start touring again. I'll play all around the country, from Gauteng to the freestate and the cape. Check 'the story' for tour dates and info. Hope to see you all at one of my shows!
6/03: Did you know I have my own wine label since last year? Fryer's Cove is my business partner who launched the wine. I am very grateful to Jan Ponk and his team for this fantastic opportunity. They have the knowledge and offer the quality which made the South African wines so famous. So if you would like to have a toast and make it a musical one, have a glass of Nádine wine. More info in The Story section. Cheers!
4/03: I had a great birthday party last weekend! We've uploaded some pictures (taken by Dawid Burger), so take a look at them in the tourpics gallery.
27/02: Had a great time at DKNT this week! Programme will be featured this weekend on KYKNET @ 7:30pm, so tune in! You can also check out the pictures in the 'tourpics' gallery.
16/02: I had just finished my morning German class and was on my way to have something to eat when I checked my Blackberry and saw the email from Europe. It is such an honour for me to know that this very special song has touched people, especially when you consider that the judges came from many different countries.
It’s been an amazing journey for me. I must give credit to my team both here in South Africa and overseas and especially my manager who heard the song and knew it was the right one for me. ‘This Time I Know It’s For Real’ inspired the title of my album and has been an amazing calling card for me into new markets and new audiences.
I am very grateful that it is touching the hearts of music fans and professionals as much as it touches mine and thank the judges and organizers of the World Peace Festival for giving me the honour.
27/10: What a moment, last night! It’s the first official award I’ve ever received and is really something special after all those years of hard work with my whole team. I want to thank my fans, the South African media and especially radio. It’s through your and their support that ‘This Time I Know’ has been able to reach new audiences and take me into new waters. Thanks, Merci, Danke, Baie Dankie!
23/09: In a few minutes i leave Joburg airport for the release of my album ‘This Time I Know’ in New Zealand. The release will be supported by a tour taking in everywhere from Auckland to Wellington. Getting a release in New Zealand is an amazing feeling. It’s the beginning of a new chapter in my career. It almost feels like starting from scratch and I can’t wait to tell music fans in New Zealand that “this time, I know, it’s for real… It's a challenge, every time again... catching the attention of a crowd who is new to my work. I hope i can impress the people of New Zealand with my music and performances, turning them into "Nádine fans" forever. Take care my dear friends, good luck & speak soon!
